Wolters, eigenaar van de Moutfabriek te Roermond, werd door privedetective John Vullers in samenwerking met SIX advocaten te Amsterdam en Stevens Advocaten te Roermond een uitvoerig onderzoek verricht naar vermeende frauduleuze handelingen (valsheid in geschriften) door de directeur van BSGW ten nadele van dhr. Wolters. Gedurende dit onderzoek werden 18 getuigen onder ede gehoord door de rechtbank in Den Bosch. Onder deze getuigen veel bestuurders (veelal wethouders en een burgemeester) en (oud) medewerkers van BSGW. Het onderzoek is nog niet afgerond.<\/p>\n<p class=\"et_pb_module_header\"><strong>AANGIFTE TEGEN DIRECTEUR BSGW<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-lead\">\n<p>Artikel L1 Crit Pingen | 26-08-2016<\/p>\n<p>Privedetective John Vullers doet aangifte van valsheid in geschrifte en fraude tegen de directeur van de Belasting samenwerkende Gemeenten en Waterschappen (BsGW).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-body\">\n<section class=\"content-region content-body-only\">In het onderzoek naar de verhuizing van\u00a0BsGW\u00a0naar het pand van\u00a0Westrom\u00a0in Roermond zijn volgens privedetective John\u00a0Vullers\u00a0bewijzen boven water gekomen die zouden aantonen dat er sprake zou zijn van frauduleus handelen. Dat bleek tijdens een rechtszaak in Roermond.<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section class=\"content-region content-body-only\"><strong>Ander pand<\/strong><br \/>\nDoor de samenvoeging van de waterschappen in Roermond per 1 januari 2017 moest BsGW op zoek naar een ander pand. Het bestuur koos voor het gebouw van Westrom. Dit tegen de zin van de directie en het personeel. Die hadden de voorkeur voor verhuizing naar de Moutfabriek in Roermond.<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section class=\"content-region content-body-only\"><strong>Getuigen<\/strong><br \/>\nDe eigenaar van de Moutfabriek wil nu 19 getuigen horen om op die manier alle feiten boven water te krijgen in verband met die verhuizing. Onder de getuigen zijn zo&#8217;n zeven wethouders uit Limburg die ook als bestuurder verbonden zijn aan Westrom of BsGW. Maar ook drie werknemers van BsGW en de directeur van Westrom.<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section class=\"content-region content-body-only\"><strong>Niet transparant<\/strong><br \/>\nDe\u00a0belastingorganisatie\u00a0heeft volgens de advocaat van de eigenaar van de\u00a0Moutfabriekniet transparant gehandeld. Ook is volgens hem de beslissing om uiteindelijk op het laatste moment voor het pand van\u00a0Westrom\u00a0te kiezen niet deugdelijk gemotiveerd. Volgens de advocaat staat op basis van interne documenten vast dat de\u00a0Moutfabriek\u00a0op alle onderdelen beter scoorde. Eerder had de eigenaar van de Moutfabriek al een kort geding aangespannen tegen BsGW, maar hij trok dat op het laatste moment in.<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section class=\"content-region content-body-only\"><strong style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Brief<\/strong><\/section>\n<section class=\"content-region content-body-only\">Opmerkelijk in dit verhaal is dat de gemeente Roermond op 10 maart 2016 een brief heeft gestuurd aan de directie van BsGW. Daarin staat dat de gemeente blij is met het voornemen om definitief te verhuizen naar het kantoor van Westrom. Dit terwijl de directie van BsGW eind maart nog een voorstel doet aan het bestuur om voor de Moutfabriek te kiezen.Het onderzoek door Vullers is uitgevoerd in opdracht van de eigenaar van de Moutfabriek.<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Privedetective John Vullers | Onderzoek naar fraude bij BSGW door directeur BSGW In opdracht van dhr.
