De internationaal opererende winkelketen Action is op grote schaal bestolen.<\/h3>\n

Gestolen goederen zijn illegaal verkocht in een Sittardse tweedehandswinkel. Het gaat om een breed scala aan producten; van shampoo tot speelgoeddinosaurussen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Maandag heeft een tweedehandswinkel, in Sittard, bezoek gehad van de recherche. Dat bevestigt een politiewoordvoerster tegenover De Limburger<\/span>. Er is niemand aangehouden. \u201eAction heeft melding gemaakt bij de politie van het feit dat het geconcludeerd had dat er spullen verkocht werden die uitsluitend door Action verkocht konden worden. In het kader daarvan is een onderzoek opgestart\u201d, legt de politiewoordvoerster uit. Of er verdachten in beeld zijn, wil ze niet kwijt, omdat het onderzoek nog loopt. \u201eMaar in de winkel zijn onder andere huishoudelijke producten en speelgoed in beslag genomen.\u201d Er zouden maandag zo\u2019n 2000 producten zijn meegenomen. Zowel de politie als Action gaat niet in op dat aantal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Detectives<\/h3>\n

Action zou begin dit jaar signalen hebben gekregen dat producten, die exclusief voor eigen winkels zijn bestemd, illegaal worden verkocht via de winkel in Sittard. Goederen werden bovendien onder de reguliere verkoopprijs verkocht. Medewerkers van de koopjesreus hebben de zaak meermaals in het geheim bezocht en stuitten steeds op nieuw Action-assortiment. In april van dit jaar heeft de winkelketen aangifte gedaan bij de politie. Actie bleef uit, omdat er te weinig zicht was op verdachten. Daarop zijn de Limburgse priv\u00e9detectives John Vullers<\/strong> en Maarten Tempelman<\/strong> ingeschakeld.<\/p>\n

Ook zij stelden vast dat er Action-assortiment werd verkocht in de tweedehandswinkel, maar ook dat er trolleys van de internationale winkelketen in de zaak in Sittard stonden. Die specifieke trolleys worden nooit weggegeven of uitgeleend door Action. Op 1 juni vonden de detectives een vrachtwagen met Action-oplegger \u00a0in Urmond. Vijf dagen later werd de oplegger opnieuw gezien tijdens een observatie en op een derde moment werd ook het busje van de tweedehandswinkel bij die locatie in Urmond gespot.<\/p>\n

Panklaar<\/h3>\n

Een chauffeur die woonde bleek te werken voor een transportbedrijf dat onder andere de bevoorrading van Action-filialen verzorgt. Deze chauffeur was verantwoordelijk voor de bevoorrading van filialen in binnen- en buitenland. De priv\u00e9detectives hebben gezien hoe de Action-oplegger geparkeerd stond in Urmond, de eigenaar van de tweedehandswinkel in Sittard daar in zijn werkbus arriveerde, niet veel later weer vertrok en eenmaal terug bij zijn winkel Action-producten heeft uitgeladen en deze in de zaak heeft uitgestald.<\/p>\n

Volgens priv\u00e9detective Vullers<\/strong> is de betreffende chauffeur inmiddels ontslagen door diens werkgever. Hij noemt de casus een \u2018panklare zaak voor de politie\u2019. Een woordvoerster van de politie wil niet kwijt of deze chauffeur en de eigenaar van de tweedehandswinkel in Sittard zijn aangemerkt als verdachte. Francoise Landerloo, advocate van de winkeleigenaar, zegt nog niets van de politie te hebben gehoord.<\/p>\n

De eigenaar van de Sittardse koopjeswinkel heeft een tweede, gelijknamige zaak in Heerlen. Vooralsnog is niet bekend of ook in die winkel producten van Action zijn verkocht en of de politie ook daar onderzoek naar doet. Over de precieze omvang van de zaak wil een woordvoerster van Action geen uitspraken doen. \u201eDat moet echt nog uit onderzoek van de politie blijken. Ik kan alleen zeggen dat er spullen van ons daar, in Sittard, aanwezig waren. Een deel van die spullen hebben wij mee kunnen nemen.\u201d<\/p>\n

Momenteel werkt de opsporing met onderzoeksresultaten van afgelopen maandag: de ongeveer tweeduizend aangetroffen producten. De priv\u00e9detectives hebben echter printscreens aangeleverd van Facebook-posts van de tweedehandswinkel uit 2021. Op foto\u2019s bij die posts zijn verschillende Action-producten te zien. Of dit wordt meegenomen in het politieonderzoek, wil een woordvoerster niet kwijt. \u201eHet onderzoek loopt en verder kunnen we geen inhoudelijke informatie delen.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
