Als rechercheur was ik jaren werkzaam binnen diverse disciplines op recherchegebied en kreeg de kans door te groeien naar een operationeel leidinggevende functie binnen opsporing. Vanuit die functie gaf ik leiding aan grootschalige (inter)nationale rechercheonderzoeken op het gebied van zware (georganiseerde) criminaliteit. (drugscriminaliteit\/moord \/ doodslag\/afpersing etc.) Tevens was ik de laatste 10 jaar ook werkzaam als hulpofficier van justitie. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de kans mij verder te ontwikkelen naar tactisch leidinggevende binnen opsporing Toen was er de overstap naar de particuliere sector. Niet geheel onverwacht wanneer je uit een ondernemersgezin komt desondanks was de stap redelijk onverwacht. In 2014 ging ik aan de slag als zakelijk partner van Nederlands meest bekende priv\u00e9detective Ben Zuidema. Ben Zuidema (81) gaf mij de kans om een mix te maken van zijn naamsbekendheid en ervaring en mijn ervaring binnen opsporing. Een meer dan prachtige en succesvolle combinatie zo bleek. In 2018 bleken onze gemeenschappelijke ambitie niveau\u2019s niet meer te passen en besloot ik om mijn eigen recherchebureau op te zetten en werd Recherchebureau Vullers h\/o JohnV-detectives een feit. Ben Zuidema maakte inmiddels bekend zijn rust te gaan nemen na een welverdiende mooie succesvolle carri\u00e8re van meer dan 60 jaar in dit vakgebied. Met alle ervaringen uit de politie organisatie, als priv\u00e9detective en de ruime ervaring als zelfstandig ondernemer in de eigen onderneming met mijn levenspartner, vielen al puzzelstukjes op hun plek werd een meer dan mooie basis gelegd mijn toekomstige klanten evenals de klanten die eerder al de weg naar mij als priv\u00e9detective vonden en bleven terugkomen, ten dienste te kunnen zijn. Mijn gedrevenheid komt voort uit de passie waarmee ik dit werk doe. Als priv\u00e9 detective voel ik me dan ook als een vis in het water nu de wereld van zelfstandig ondernemer en rechercheur zijn samengesmolten.
