Los van de strafzaak loopt er een procedure over de goederen die M. zou hebben geheeld. De man heeft op 24 april van dit jaar een brief van justitie gekregen, waarin staat dat \u20181579 huishoudelijke gebruiksvoorwerpen\u2019 worden teruggegeven aan de rechthebbende, zijnde Action. Advocate Francoise Landerloo laat weten dat haar cli\u00ebnt Marco M. bezwaar heeft aangetekend tegen die beslissing.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"dl-ebe0ecc6_root dl-ebe0ecc6_heading6 dl-300db776_none dl-91174671_secondary dl-66f0fec7_bold dl-1d70522a_marginbottom3 dl-b48c4984_inherit\" data-testid=\"subhead\">Illegaal<\/h3>\n<p class=\"dl-ebe0ecc6_root dl-ebe0ecc6_paragraph dl-300db776_none dl-91174671_secondary dl-1d70522a_marginbottom5 dl-1d70522a_margintop0 dl-b48c4984_inherit\">Op maandag 3 juli 2023 kreeg de Sittardse verkoper bezoek van de recherche. Daarbij werden producten uit de tweedehandswinkel in beslag genomen, van shampoo tot speelgoeddinosaurussen. Deze spullen zouden immers van Action zijn gestolen en vervolgens illegaal zijn verkocht in Sittard. Action en politie wilden destijds niet bevestigen hoeveel producten er in beslag zijn genomen. De internationale winkelketen krijgt, als het aan justitie ligt, in ieder geval 1579 artikelen terug.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dl-ebe0ecc6_root dl-ebe0ecc6_paragraph dl-300db776_none dl-91174671_secondary dl-1d70522a_marginbottom5 dl-1d70522a_margintop0 dl-b48c4984_inherit\">Opsporingsdiensten kwamen de vermeende heler niet zelf op het spoor. Bij Action kwamen signalen binnen over eigen assortiment dat in een Sittardse tweedehandszaak verkocht zou worden. Toen Action-medewerkers in die winkel gingen kijken, leken die signalen juist. Daarop is aangifte gedaan bij politie, maar dat leidde niet meteen tot actie.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"dl-ebe0ecc6_root dl-ebe0ecc6_heading6 dl-300db776_none dl-91174671_secondary dl-66f0fec7_bold dl-1d70522a_marginbottom3 dl-b48c4984_inherit\" data-testid=\"subhead\">Detectives<\/h3>\n<p class=\"dl-ebe0ecc6_root dl-ebe0ecc6_paragraph dl-300db776_none dl-91174671_secondary dl-1d70522a_marginbottom5 dl-1d70522a_margintop0 dl-b48c4984_inherit\">Via priv\u00e9detectives Maarten Tempelman en John Vullers kwam het alsnog tot een onderzoek. Zij kwamen een chauffeur op het spoor, die onder meer de bevoorrading van Action-filialen verzorgde. Deze chauffeur woonde in Urmond en parkeerde zijn vrachtwagen met Action-aanhanger geregeld nabij zijn woning. Marco M. wordt verdacht van het helen van de spullen, niet van diefstal.
